About Me

Welcome!

I am Catherine Zoe. I am a birth doula and a child birth educator serving the Twin Cities metro of Minnesota. I am a wife and a mom to 5 wildlings spanning from 15 to 2. I am passionate about education to mothers and families so they can make the most informed decisions surrounding their pregnancy and birth. When I am not talking, writing, reading of thinking of all things birth related I am an artist. I love working with all different types of mediums and am currently working on some very exciting projects. When it's warm (or at least not below zero...) you can find me outdoors enjoying the fresh air and hunting for the small details in nature to photograph.  I love spending time with my family and being submersed in nature.
